Markham Lions are a dedicated group of men and women who, over the years, have voluntarily raised over 1.5 million dollars to support a variety of community projects for the benefit of all.

The Lions motto “We Serve” is exemplified by the many projects relating to sight and hearing, such as our support for “Seeing-Eye” dogs and “Hearing-Ear” dogs and Vision Testing in local schools.


   
Our Mission is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for
humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation.

The Markham Lions Club is composed of men and women who have a desire to help serve their fellow man. We are not a social or professional organization. We are a civic organization dedicated to serving. But here is the secret, we know how to have fun and by having fun as we serve, we do it well.
